Soft-opening Website Review

See what may be stopping your website from earning trust and enquiries.

A close human review of what is working, where visitors may be meeting friction or uncertainty, and what to prioritise first. For service businesses anywhere in the world, on one website/domain.

US$173

Soft-opening rate: US$173
Planned standard rate: US$300
Paid in full before work begins. Limited to the first 10 confirmed paid review bookings. Charged in USD; your bank or payment provider will show the local conversion before payment.

What You Get

Three things, all yours to keep.

1. Recorded walkthrough

A personal screen-recorded video of me going through your site page by page — as a first-time visitor and as a designer — so you can see exactly what I see, and rewatch it any time.

2. Written action plan

A clear, prioritised list of fixes — design, wording, structure, and the technical bits — ordered by what will make the biggest difference to enquiries first. No jargon, no fluff.

3. A 20-minute call

We go through the plan together, you ask anything, and you leave knowing your next step — whether you fix things yourself, with your current developer, or with me. One follow-up call is included.

How It Works

Simple, start to finish.

01

Apply

Complete the dedicated Website Review intake. It takes about two minutes and lets me check the fit against one website/domain and up to five priority pages.

02

I review

The 3–5 business-day delivery window begins after cleared payment and receipt of all required access and information.

03

You receive

The recorded walkthrough and written action plan land in your inbox, with a link to book our call.

04

We talk

A 20-minute follow-up call to walk through it together and agree what happens next — no pressure, no obligation. It can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, and one courtesy rebooking is available within seven days after a missed call.

Is This You?

For any service business whose website should be working harder.

I work mostly with health and wellness practitioners, but this review is open to any service-based business — coaches, consultants, studios, clinics, local trades, online businesses — anywhere in the world.

If people visit your site but don't enquire, if you're embarrassed to share the link, or if you simply don't know whether your website is helping or hurting — this will tell you, plainly.

If the foundations are strong, I'll say so and focus the review on the highest-value refinements.

The Website Review is a complete standalone service. The US$173 soft-opening rate is paid in full before work begins, and there is no obligation to hire Threefold afterward.

Common Questions

Quick answers.

How many pages are included?

The Website Review covers up to five priority public pages on one website/domain. Large catalogues, repeated templates and additional languages may need a different scope.

Which website platforms can you review?

Most public websites can be reviewed regardless of platform, including common hosted builders and custom sites. Platform-specific implementation support is separate and depends on the agreed project.

Do you need login access?

Usually not. Login-only and gated pages are excluded during soft opening. Never send passwords through the public intake form.

Is implementation included?

No. The walkthrough, action plan and follow-up call are the complete standalone service. You may implement the recommendations yourself, share them with another developer or ask Threefold about a separate project later.

What happens after I request a spot, and when is it confirmed?

I review the website and requested scope first. Your place is confirmed only after scope approval and cleared payment. Until then, the form records a request—not a held or confirmed booking.

Is an unfinished website suitable?

Sometimes. A substantially complete staging site may be reviewable if its main content and journeys are available. Early wireframes or incomplete copy usually need a different service, so suitability is confirmed before payment.

What about e-commerce sites or complex applications?

A bounded public journey may be suitable, but large product catalogues, account areas, complex applications and extensive transactional testing are outside the standard review unless specifically agreed.

When will I receive the review?

Delivery is targeted within 3–5 business days after cleared payment and all agreed information and access have been received.

Are revisions included?

Factual corrections are welcome within seven days of delivery. Repeated revised reviews, re-checking newly implemented work and implementation itself are not included.

What are the cancellation and call-rescheduling rules?

Cancellation and refund treatment remains governed by the signed service agreement and applicable law, pending professional legal review. The follow-up call may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, and one courtesy rebooking is available within seven days after a missed call.

Why is it so much cheaper than your normal audit?

I'm in my soft-opening phase and building a portfolio of reviews. You get the full US$300 review; in return I may ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy, a short testimonial. Same work, founding price.

I'm not in Australia — can I still book?

Yes. Everything is delivered online, and the call is scheduled around your timezone. The charge is in USD; your bank or payment provider will show the local conversion before payment.

I'm not in health or wellness — is this still for me?

Yes. The things that make a website earn trust and enquiries are the same in every service industry — clear offer, clear next step, credible presentation. That's what I review.

Am I committing to a bigger project?

No. The review stands on its own and the action plan is yours to use yourself or take to another developer. There is no obligation to hire Threefold afterward.
